Two married graduate students move to a new campus only to discover the town is holding a few dark secrets. One by one the keepers of the secret are showing up brutally murdered. Slowly the web of lies tightens pulling this innocent family into a world of unending terror in there new home possessed by a terrible evil.

Purgatory is a horror script that combines the styles of two popular kinds of horror film, combining the moody mystery of the sixth sense with the outright terror of a slasher film. My first screenplay Hunting the moon tribe was a 1st round finalist in the 2002 dimension films open door screenwriting contest and a 2004 quarter finalist in the Nicholl fellowship. Purgatory is my third full length screenplay.
